Destkop and Web Application Connection Issue

    The connection issues affecting our Desktop and Web Applications have been resolved.

    We will continue to keep an eye on overall system performance, but normal service has been restored.

    Our Desktop and Web Applications continue to experience connection issues impacting both incoming and outgoing calls. Outgoing calls placed from the Mobile Application and incoming calls that are routed to a forwarding phone number are not affected.
